Data & Privacy

When you send JSON data to Vector Stream, here's how we handle it:

- Data isolation: Each user's data is completely isolated. Your vectors, relationships, and analytics are stored separately and never mixed with other users' data.
- Automatic retention: Data is automatically archived based on your plan's retention period. After the retention period, data is permanently deleted unless you have an Enterprise plan with extended retention.
We collect and process data in the following ways:
- Your JSON data: The data you send to Vector Stream is transformed into vectors and used exclusively to provide you with analytics, insights, and pattern recognition. We never use your data to train models for other customers or share it with third parties.
- Vector representations: We store mathematical vector representations of your data, which capture relationships and patterns but not the original raw data structure. This enables efficient analysis while maintaining data privacy.
- Usage metrics: We track API request counts, processing times, and feature usage to improve our platform performance and help you understand your consumption patterns.
- Account information: Basic account details (email, plan type) are used for authentication, billing, and support purposes only.
All data processing happens within your isolated environment. We use your data solely to provide the services you've requested—real-time vector analysis, pattern recognition, and AI-powered insights.
Our AI analysis process is designed with privacy and performance in mind:
- Vector-based analysis: AI models analyze vector representations of your data, not raw JSON. This means the AI sees mathematical patterns and relationships, not your original data structure.
- In-memory processing: For real-time analysis, vectors are processed in memory and never persist beyond the analysis session unless you explicitly save insights.
- Model training: When you train custom models in Vector Stream Labs, your vector streams are used exclusively for your models. We never use your data to improve general-purpose models or share training data.
- Consensus analysis: For critical insights, we use multiple AI models and combine their outputs for higher accuracy, all while keeping your data isolated.
- No data sharing: Your data never leaves your isolated environment. All AI processing happens within your account's secure boundaries.
Yes. You have full control over your data. You can export your vector data, analytics results, and dashboard configurations at any time through our API or dashboard interface. To delete your data, you can either delete individual streams and analyses or delete your entire account, which permanently removes all associated data from our systems. Data deletion is immediate for active data and occurs within 30 days for archived data. Enterprise customers can request immediate permanent deletion with certification.

Vector Stream Labs is our machine learning model training platform. It allows you to train custom models directly on your real-time vector streams. Labs is available for Pro and Enterprise plans. You can configure model parameters, select training data from your vector streams, and deploy trained models back into Hub for enhanced analytics. Labs uses vector-optimized architectures designed specifically for multi-dimensional data, enabling faster training and more accurate predictions than traditional tabular models.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you cancel, you'll retain access to your plan features until the end of your billing period, and then your account will move to the free Beginner plan. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Vector Stream within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact our support team for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Enterprise customers have custom refund terms as part of their service agreements.
Yes. Enterprise customers can deploy Vector Stream on dedicated infrastructure, including on-premises or private cloud deployments. We provide automated deployment tools with a GUI for customizing your enterprise environment.
